It is with great pleasure that Two Hands announces its first benefit dinner for Edible Schoolyard NYC. A Summer Evening at Two Hands will be dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the amazing work that ESNYC does in public schools around NYC.ESNYC’s mission is to teach young students about the benefits of eating well and knowing how and where their food was grown. In an effort to help the organization continue to reach new schools and students, 100% of the evening’s proceeds will go to ESNYC. Two Hands’ Executive Chef Sam Connally (formerly of Le Bernardin and Nomad in Sydney) has prepared a fun and flavor-filled classic three-course modern Australian menu, which will be paired with beer, wine, and spirits from some of Australia’s best including Mr. Black cold brew liqueur, Four Pillars gin and Regal Rogue vermouth.
